REFUND
Please note that all services provided by our salon are non-refundable. However, if there is a mistake made by our service providers, we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. It is important to understand that this offer only applies to errors or mistakes made by our staff and not for changes of mind or personal preferences after the service has been performed.
In the event of a disagreement regarding the need for a corrective service, the decision will be validated by our management team. You must contact the salon within one week of the initial service date to request a complimentary service to address any dissatisfaction.
It is essential to keep in mind that certain services, such as nail polish application, may require additional time to fully set and dry. Despite thinking that your nails may be dry within 10 to 15 minutes, past experiences have shown that they can still be vulnerable to smudging. In fact, it can take one to two hours for your nail polish to fully set.
FAQ: 1. What does "non-refundable after service done" mean? - It means that once the nail service has been completed and paid for, it is not eligible for a refund. 2. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the nail service? - No, refunds are not available after the service has been completed. However, we are happy to address any concerns or issues within 7 days after the service. 3. What if I experience issues with the nail service within 7 days after it's done? - If you encounter any issues with the nail service within 7 days, we will be more than happy to redo the service at no additional cost. 4. How do I request a redo within 7 days after the service? - Please reach out to our salon and inform us about the issues you have encountered. We will schedule an appointment for you to have the service redone. 5. Can I get a refund if I'm still not satisfied after the redo within 7 days? - Unfortunately, refunds are not available even after the redo within 7 days. However, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the service. 6. Are there any exceptions to the non-refundable policy after the service is done? - In exceptional cases where there may be a legitimate reason for a refund after the service is completed, please contact our salon management to discuss your situation. 7. Can I request a different service instead of a redo within 7 days? - We apologize, but our policy only allows for a redo of the same service within 7 days after it has been done. We cannot provide a different service as a replacement. 8. What if I want to change the original service I received after the 7-day period? - If you wish to change the service you originally received, it will be considered a new service and will be subject to our regular pricing.
